Brain-Trainer customers have been setting up their own systems for years. The process of software setup and hardware connection has become increasingly difficult with the advent of Windows 10 and later, requiring some patience and troubleshooting for new users. Customers can now purchase system tech support for troubleshooting or new installations.

Support is provided using TeamViewer or AnyDesk. You will allow access so that the person has control of the computer and does the installations on your computer.
